To qualify for CCAP, parents must show that they are employed, attending school or looking for a job, meet income requirements and show the following information:
- Address Verification
- Photo ID for Parents
- Certified copy of child’s birth certificate or other document proving lawful presence in the U.S.
- Proof of Household Income (including, but not limited to, pay stubs, child support and unemployment documentation)

Parents may have to pay a parent fee to participate in the program, which is based on income and the type of child care provider selected.
