Apply for CCAP

The best way to apply is to call our enrollment phone number at 303-468-5252. A friendly technician will pre-screen you over the phone.

Pre-screened applicants will then be mailed an application and scheduled for a mandatory orientation. You will need to bring the completed application and all supporting documents to your orientation. Once your eligibility is determined and all of your paperwork is complete, you can start to receive CCAP assistance.
